Sit. 0.005 ETH or more, one stake per wallet, while a seat is open and nothing has folded. Holders of 10,000 $FOLDHOUSE.
Clock. The 15-minute round clock starts when the second stake sits.
Fold. When it runs out, the smallest stake folds. On a tie the later seat folds. Its ETH splits evenly to every stake still in. No cut.
Raise. Add ETH to your stake any time before the clock runs out to climb off the bottom row.
Last stake in. One stake left: it takes its own ETH back plus every split it collected. The next house opens.
